Battery Disconnect Caution Caution:
Before servicing any electrical component, the ignition key should be within the OFF or LOCK position and all sorts of electrical loads should be OFF, unless instructed otherwise over these procedures. If your tool or equipment could easily are exposed to a live exposed electrical terminal, also disconnect the negative battery cable. When replacing stationary windows, Urethane Adhesive Kit GM P/N 12346392, or a urethane adhesive system meeting GM Specification GM3651M, can be used to keep original installation integrity. Failure to make use of the urethane adhesive kit can lead to poor retention from the window which might allow unrestrained occupants to be ejected in the vehicle resulting in injury.
