2010 BMW Sauber C29 Overview
The Sauber C29 will be raced by promising Japanese driver Kamui Kobayashi and veteran Spaniard Pedro de la Rosa. This team registered its name before BMW exited the sport, and there’s plenty of red tape involved in name changing, so the team is likely to retain the official BMW Sauber name for this season, even though the C29 is powered by Ferrari. An eye-catching feature of the C29 is its highly intricate raised nose. Also very distinctive is an extremely long undercut at the transition from chassis into underbody. These and other aerodynamic measures also help to ensure optimum airflow to the double diffuser.
